安全行为规范Inventory of Safe Behavior1. 目的Purpose本文件的目的是为了明确哪些是安全行为, 哪些是不安全行为。所有员工都应该遵守安全行为。本文件是安全管理制度的一个组成部分。The purpose of this document is to clear which are safe behaviors and which are unsafe behaviors. All associates should follow the safe behaviors. This document is a component of EHS rules and regulations. A disciplinary action will be taken to who has broken the safety behaviors listed in this document.2. 范围Scope本文件适应的范围包括xx有限公司的全体员工及进入xx公司的供货商、承包商及来访人员。This document is valid for all associates in xx plant and all suppliers and contractors and visitors who enter xx.3. 定义Definition 按着不安全行为所导致的后果严重程度的可能性，将不安全行为分为三个等级。The unsafe behaviors are classified three levels according to the possibility of severity result leaded by the unsafe behaviors.- 第3类不安全行为 Third level第3类不安全行为可能会导致重大的人身伤亡事故或财产损失或严重的环境污染事件。This kind of unsafe behaviors may lead to severe incident or heavy property loss or bad environment event. - 第1类不安全行为 First level 第1类不安全行为可能会导致一般性的人身伤害事故或轻度的财产损失或造成一定的环境影响。This kind of unsafe behaviors may lead to light incident or low property loss or may cause some environment effect.- 第2类不安全行为 Second level不安全行为所导致的后果介于第三类和第一类不安全行为之间的属于第二类不安全行为。The result of these kind behaviors may lead to is between the first level and the third level behaviors.本文件中未列出的不安全行为，要视其可识别程度和可能造成的严重后果(参见上文定义)给予相应的纪律处分。To those unsafe behaviors which didn’t listed in this document, the disciplinary action will be refer to the behavior identified level and the result lead to (see the definition above).4. 安全绩效管理 Safety performance management全体员工都有责任和义务自觉遵守安全制度和规定，任何违反公司安全制度和规定的行为，都将受到公司的纪律处分。下列纪律处分类别可作为指南使用，但本指南并不可能概括或描述所有情形，公司对并未包括在列的其他违反安全制度和规定的行为同样可以按照情节轻重加以相应地纪律处分。All associates should follow EHS rules and regulations strictly.
