With the development trend of economic and technologic globalization, the new hi-tech products have an important station in international trade. It is chinas inevitable choice to implement the strategy of revitalizing trade by applying science and technology in order to improve chinas exportation commodity structure and push forward the export of the new hi-tech products in the future for keeping trade growth sustainable.
