学 号： 题目类型： 论文 (设计、论文、报告) 毕业设计(论文) 题目：石油企业技术效率的影响因素分析与提升途径研究 系 ( 院 )： 专业(方向)： 班 级： 学 生： 指导教师： 年 月 日  摘 要 我国的石油企业在伴随着二十一世纪世界石油工业大发展的时期，正在逐步向做精做细的方向迈进，提高石油企业在各方面对于技术的利用效率，简称石油企业技术效率。如今面对良好的国际发展形势，如何提高我国石油企业技术效率，达到国家对石油企业技术效率的要求，增强具有自主知识产权的技术能力，满足石油企业发展建设的需要，具有重要的现实意义。本文在阐述石油企业技术效率基本理论的基础上，尝试根据随机前沿生产函数创建石油企业技术效率的生产函数模型，重点分析石油企业技术效率的影响因素，包括石油企业的管理体制、石油企业的规模、公共研究机构及石油企业对于石油技术研究与开发的支出、石油企业的对外投资、石油企业的地理位置、国家对石油企业的信贷预算软约束、石油企业的行业竞争压力等，并根据石油企业技术效率的影响因素分析研究石油企业技术效率的提升途径，从主要因素入手，以次要因素补充，从技术水平、技术投入、技术人才、技术管理等诸多方面分析石油企业技术效率存在的问题，通过分析各个影响因素，研究并提出提升我国石油企业技术效率的途径，加强自主创新能力，为我国石油企业技术效率的提升提供一定的参考和借鉴。 关键词：石油企业；技术效率；生产函数；影响因素 Abstract Chinas petroleum enterprise in the 21 century world petroleum industry with big development period, are gradually to do fine direction, improve the technology efficiency. Now face international good development situation, how to improve our petroleum enterprise technology efficiency, to the national petroleum enterprise to the requirements of the technical efficiency, increase with independent intellectual property rights of the technical capability to meet the needs of the construction of petroleum enterprise development, have important practical significance. This article analyses the basic theory of petroleum enterprise efficiency technology, on the basis of stochastic frontier production function trying to create a petroleum enterprise technology efficiency production function model, and analyses the influence of the petroleum enterprise technical efficiency factors, including petroleum enterprise management system, the size of the petroleum enterprise, public research institutions and petroleum enterprise for oil technology research and development spending, petroleum enterprise of foreign investment, petroleum enterprise geographical position, national petroleum enterprise credit to the soft budget constraint, pet
