毕业论文 题 目： 水壶盖注塑模具设计 摘要 在塑料材料、制品设计及加工工艺确定后，塑料模设计对制品质量与产量就具有决定性的影响。首先模腔形状、流道尺寸、表面粗糙度、分型面、进浇与排气位置的选择、脱模方式以及定型方法的确定等，均对制品尺寸精度和形状精度以及塑件力学性能、应力大小、表观质量和内在质量等起着十分重要的影响。其次，在塑件的加工过程中，塑料模结构的合理性，对操作的难易程度具有十分昂贵的影响。再次，塑料模对塑件成本也有相当大的影响，除简易模具外，一般来说制模费用是十分昂贵的，大型塑料模更是如此。 本设计通过对水壶盖把塑件的成型工艺和结构成型工艺分析及模具型腔、分型面、浇注系统、成型零件结构推出方式、抽芯方式、排气方式、温度调节系统及有关参数等分析，确定塑件塑料的种类，组成，塑件的成型工艺方法以及模具的结构，加工方法及手段。通过对模具的安装及调试的过程中遇到的问题分析，形成具有初步分析，解决成型现场技术问题的能力，包括初步分析诚信缺陷产生的原因和提出克服方法的能力。为了满足市场的需要，未来的塑料模具无论是品种、结构、性能、还是加工都必将会有较快的发展，而且这种发展必须跟上时代步伐。 关键词：模具，塑料模具， 水壶盖， 模具设计，模具安装，调试 Abstract In plastic materials, product design and processing technology is confirmed, plastic mold design and production of quality products to have a decisive impact.
