mcgs毕业设计 篇一：基于PLC及MCGS的立体仓库{毕业设计} 基于S7-200 SMART PLC的立体仓库控制系统 【摘要】 随着国民经济的飞速发展，智能仓库必然会在各行各业中得到越来越广泛的应用。智能仓库系统是现代物流系统的一个重要组成部分，广泛应用于各行各业中。目前，它已经成为企业生产和管理信息化的标志之一。 该系统采用PLC控制，通过PLC输出的脉冲信号来控制步进电机的运行，两者之间通过步进电机驱动器连接，此外还用到一些传感器，如微动开关和反射式传感器。 此次设计的效果可以改变参数输入，通过模拟生产情况及波动对系统造成的冲击，从而避免了在理想化状态下系统设计所无法预料的各种因素，对系统的堵塞有着形象和直观的解决方案。 总之，智能仓库因其较小的占地面较佳空间利用率，应用正逐渐普及。为满足现代化生产和流通的需要，就必须采取以计算机控制主要手段的智能仓库。 关键词： 立体仓库 可编程控制器（PLC）步进电机 物流管理 Abstract: With the rapid development of national economy, the intelligent warehouse will get more and more widely used in all walks of life. Intelligent warehouse system is an important part of modern logistics system, widely used in all walks of life. At present, it has become one of the symbols of enterprise production and management informatization. This system adopts PLC control, through the PLC output pulse signal to control the running of step motor, the connection by stepper motor drives, and also use some sensors, such as micro switch and reflection type sensor. Effect can change the parameters of the design input, through the simulated production situation and the fluctuation of system caused by the impact, so as to avoid the under ideal condition system design unpredictable factors, congestion on the system is based on image and intuitive solutions. In short, intelligent warehouse because of its smaller take up little better space utilization, application is gradually popular. To meet the needs of modern production and circulation, must be taken, by means of computer control main intelligent warehouse.
