摘要 本课题对自动装箱机系统进行了详细的论述和分析，并从装箱机控制系统的发展及研究现状、装箱机控制系统的发展趋势等多方面进行了总结。对继电器控制、单片机控制、微机控制和可控编程器（PLC）的优缺点进行对比。最终确定自动装箱控制系统为可控编程器。本课题包括PLC选型、I/O地址分配、输入输出元器件的选型、程序流程图的设计、以及程序的仿真和调试。 此自动装箱系统从原料到包装实现了自动化，解决了手工装箱慢、容易计数出错等问题。该方法技术可靠，成本较低，可大大提高工效，减轻工人劳动强度以及减少产品损耗、工伤事故等。在现代化的工业生产中，可应用于食品、医药化工、农药、饲料等的自动装箱。可控编程器（PLC）的应用，给自动装箱系统的设计带来了极大的方便。 关键词：自动装箱机 可控编程器PLC 自动控制 Abstract The issue of automatic packing machine system was analyzed in detail, and the packing machine control system research and development, packing machine control system development trend and many other aspects were summarized. The relay control, SCM control, microcomputer control and controllable programmer ( PLC ) advantages and disadvantages are compared. Ultimately determine the automatic packing control system for controllable programmer. The topics include PLC, I/O address allocation, selection of input and output components of the selection, the program flow chart and program design, simulation and debugging. The automatic packing system from raw materials to packaging to achieve automation, solve the manual packing slow, easy to count errors and other problems. The method of reliable technology, low cost, and can greatly improve the work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of workers and reduce product loss, such as inductrial injury accident. In the modern industrial production, can be applied to food, medicine and chemical industry, pesticide, feed and other automatic packing. Controllable programmer ( PLC ) applications, for automatic packing system design has brought great convenience.
