论刑法中信赖原则在医疗过失中的适用 　　【摘要】通过刑法中信赖原则的概念及其产生的社会历史条件的分析，寻求信赖原则发展的社会背景，分析医疗过失中适用信赖原则的必要性及其要件，并论述其相关特点。在医疗过失行为中，信赖原则的适用不仅存在于医疗人员与患者之间，也存在于组织性医疗人员之间，两者在信赖原则的适用要件方面存在差。 　　【英文摘要】It is about the application of the principle of reliance in medical malpractice.
