成人高等学历教育 毕 业 论 文 论工程建设成本的管理 办学单位： 华南理工大学思想政治学院 班 级： 工程管理2011级本科函授 学 生：梁彩华（10561115303701054） 指导教师： 黄利新 （讲师） 提交日期： 2013 年 11 月 3 日 中 文 摘 要 随着社会经济的发展，建筑施工企业面临着激烈的市场竞争，企业如何在市场上立于不败之地，关键在于为市场提供质量高、工期短、成本低的建筑产品，追求经济利益的最大化，为此如何提高企业的成本管理水平成为关键。 本文以建筑工程施工成本管理组成内容作为引导，着重以成本控制方法为研究对象,以有效实施施工企业成本管理为目标。首先介绍了现阶段建筑市场的复杂背景，以及在建筑工程经济活动中，多方面的复杂利益关系，任何一种经济关系，在本质上都是物质利益关系，追求经济利益是各种市场主体从事经济活动的主要动因，因此有效的成本控制的出现成为了必然的趋势，在追求经济利益最大化成为最终目的社会，成本控制更显重要性 Abstract With the social and economic development, construction enterprises face fierce competition in the market. How does the enterprise keep an invincible position in the market? The key is to provide high quality, short construction period, low-cost building products for the market. Pursue the maximization of economic benefits, so how to improve the companys cost management is very critical. In the thesis, building construction cost management component content as a guide, with emphasis on cost control methods for the study, in order to effectively implement the construction cost management as the goal. Firstly introduced the construction market complex background at this stage ,and many complex of interests economic activities in the construction projects. Any kind of economic relationship, in essence, are the material of interest, the pursuit of economic interests are the main reason for the variety of market players . Secondly, through the introduction of the cost of the project management theory presentation, as well as a description of the contents of project cost management, analysis the problems of the project cost management. Accent on dscuss and research the analysis of the project cost control methods, through the cost forecast , control and after analyzing the whole process , control costs to ensure that enterprises cost targets and achieve maximum economic benefits.
