This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured except as excluded by the provisions of Clauses 4, 5, 6 and 7 below. 风险 1. 风险（Risks） 本保险承保除了下述4、5、6和7条规定的除外责任以外的保险标的的灭失或损害的一切风险。 General Average 2. This insurance covers general average and salvage charges, adjusted or determined according to the contract of carriage and/or the governing law and practice, incurred to avoid or in connection with the avoidance of loss from any cause except those excluded in Clauses 4, 5, 6 and 7 below. 2.共同海损（General Average） 本保险承保根据运输合同及/或适用法律和惯例理算或确定的，为避免或与避免任何原因导致的有关引起共同海损和救助费用的损失，但不包括以下第4、5、6和7条的除外责任。 Both to Blame Collision Clause 3.
