横梁自动升降控制电路设计-课程设计.doc

摘要 本文设计的是横梁升降自动控制线路设计（不考虑回升）。主要工作集中在：根据工艺要求绘制电气原理图（包括主电路设计和控制电路的设计），选择电气元件，编制元件明细表，设计操作台，电气柜和绘制电器板布线图、总接线图等工作。其中主电路的设计又包括横梁上升控制的设计过程和横梁下降控制的设计过程。采用短时工作的点动控制；为保证零件的加工精度，当横梁移动到位后就通过夹紧机构将在门立柱上等。根据要求解决出现的所有问题。 关键词：放松，夹紧、上升，下降 digest Is designed in this paper the beam lifting automatic control circuit design (recovery).
