毕业设计论文 太阳能供热工程智能控制系统 摘 要 目前, 太阳能热水器技术上比较成熟，但热水控制器的功能还有可开发的潜力,市面在售的控制器绝大部分只具备温度和水位显示功能,不具备温度水位的自动控制功能。虽然有的控制器配有电加热辅助装置,但都不是全智能型的,给用户使用带来许多不便。 太阳能单片机控制系统是对其水温与水位的不同进行检测和控制。本次设计对太阳能控制系统做出全面的了解，对其结构及原理了解详尽。对于水温与水位的检测和控制进行了重点介绍。本次设计有驱动电路能够防水管冻裂，还能够在必要时手动控制。 系统设计包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分。该控制系统是以AT89C51单片机为基础，实现了检测、控制与显示等功能。文中详细地描述了控制电路的设计过程，包括：键盘与LED显示电路、驱动电路、水温、水位控制电路等。对于软件设计采用模块化结构，包括主程序、键盘中断子程序、DS12887更新周期结束中断子程序、LED显示子程序和提前加热时间计算子程序等。 关键词：单片机，太阳能热水器，水位检测，温控系统 ABSTRACT At present, Solar energy water heater technology more mature, but hot water controller function and its development potential，most of the market in the sale of the controller only has the temperature and water level display, do not have the temperature of the water level control function.
