湖南省传统体育项目中学课余训练现状与对策研究 作者：李伟 指导老师：白晋湘 教授 （吉首大学体育科学学院02级排球班，湖南吉首，416000） 摘 要：运用文献资料调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等相结合的方法，对湖南省传统体育项目中学的课余训练现状进行调查与分析，结果认为，运动员主要来源于低一级的普通中学，极少的来自体校，训练水平不高，文化学习不理想，运动项目涉及面较狭窄，教练员年龄、性别学历结构不合理，体育场馆设施欠缺，运动训练经费不足，训练时间与文化学习时间想冲突，训练内容安排不太合理，但强度周期安排较为科学，训练水平欠佳。在此基础上提出了调整项目设置和布局；加大师资队伍建设的力度；改革现有制度，加强管理以及加大经费的投入，改善训练条件等对策。 关键词：传统体育项目中学；业余训练；现状与对策 Extracurriliar training current situation and countermeasure of middle school of traditional sports item of Hunan Province are studied Author:liwei Tutor: Professor Bai jinxiang (class volleyballs grades 02 of scientific institute of sports of Jishou university, Hunan Jishou, 416000) Abstract: Use the investigation method of the documents and materials , investigate the method that the law , expert interview law combine with logic analytic approach ,etc. on the spot , traditional sports item extracurriliar training current situation of middle school carry on investigation and analyze to Hunan Province, the result thinks , athletes mainly stem from one grade of low general high schools, the few one is from the sports school, train competence to be high, it is unsatisfactory for culture to study, sports events involve surface to be relatively narrower, coach age,, sex academic structure unreasonable, gymnasiums and stadiums facility deficient, the movement is trained and short of money, study the time conflict of thinking in training time and culture, train competence to be not good enough.
