Taking full account of the production area, working environment and manufacturing processes, through a range of analysis and research, specific process improvement is the process of finding the unreasonable existence, using relevant professional analysis technology, proposing a solution and needing practice test. The pipeline improvements could substantially improve the production efficiency and have a great significance in production and development of enterprises. In the background of further development of Chinas electronic industry, with the manufacturing process of miniature loudspeaker in G company for research object, this article proposes the technologies in related of industrial engineering in process improvement, researches and improvements of the Magnet System Assembly. First of all, through process and procedure analysis of the whole flow line, this article tries to re-adjust the old layout and arrange the new one in the pipeline processes.
