Abstract： Tianjin xxxxx Co., Ltd is a manufacturing company that produces concrete admixture.This company have some problem.The production workshop facilities planning is not reasonable;the production line in production process is complicated;the action waste,site management disordered loose and other low efficiency problems. This paper focus on these problems From the production process, the material configuration and management mode, etc to understand the enterprise specific layout.Use observing method, recording method, measuring method and ask staff to understand the production process and product specific technical requirements.Find out the unreasonable place in layout and process and analyze.Combined with the related literature,use the program analysis, movement analysis, on-site management theory of knowledge to analyze and optimize the companys production process.Finally reduce the time and distance of manual handling of materials and the material configuration and production time and simplify the operation steps and make the site and staff have new aspect to improve the efficiency and benefit of company.
