Informatization and electronization have become the first choice of saving operation cost and improving work efficiency. Taking into account the current personnel management of large enterprises is still at the stage of manual operation, not only inefficient, but also easily go to wrong because of careless management.Therefore, this Personnel Indicators Custom Systems is designed to make the personnel administration more scientific, normative and efficient. After the actual needs analysis, the system combines the companys actual personnel, uses powerful Visual Studio .NET as a development tool, based on the companys personnel indicators. It designes the personnel indicators of enterprises and then manages custom indicators,it provides a simple, reliable, friendly interface, easy management and use of the processing tool for personnel management staff.
