研究领域：产业组织理论 产业融合的原因及其动力模型 摘要：目前对产业融合的研究大多集中在局部产业的融合现象描述上，将产业融合的原因简单归结为技术创新和政府放松经济性管制，而无法解释“观光农业”等一些新产业融合现象。文章认为，产业融合作为社会生产力进步和产业结构高度化的必然趋势，其产生有更深层次的原因；产业融合的消费动因在于人们需求的不断提高，其技术动因在于重大技术创新的不断涌现，其工业动因在于产品、服务和协议的标准化，其政策动因在于政府放松经济性管制，其企业动因在于企业竞争合作的压力和对范围经济的追求；在此基础上，构建起产业融合的动力模型，能对具有更广外延的产业融合现象做出解释。 关键词：产业融合；融合动力；数字融合 中图分类号：F062.9 文献标识码： A 文章编号： The Causes and Impetus Model of Industrial Convergence Abstract： The present research of industrial convergence almost only focuses on describing part of phenomena especially the information and communication industrial convergence. It simply ascribes the causes of industry convergence into technology innovation and the release of government industrial regulation, and cannot explain some new industrial convergence phenomena such as “touring agriculture”. In fact, the industrial convergence phenomenon has deeper causes. The social consumption cause is the people’s higher and diversiform demands. The technological cause is for some important technology innovations. The industry cause is the standardization of product, service and protocol. The policy cause is the release of government industrial regulation. The enterprise cause is the company’s stress of completion and cooperation and pursuit of range economy. Based on foretime theory, the paper establishes a new impetus model of industry convergence, which can explain industrial convergence phenomena better. Key words： industrial convergence；impetus of convergence；digital convergence 20世纪70 年代的通讯技术创新(光缆、无线通讯、宇宙卫星等的利用及普及) 和信息处理技术进步，推进了通讯、邮政、广播、报刊等产业间的相互合作。20世纪90 年代以来，不同产业间的互相交叉、互相渗透逐渐成为全球产业发展的浪潮，产业融合成为全球经济发展中的重要现象，并日益成为产业发展及经济增长的新动力。由于个人电脑的普及和互联网的迅速发展所带来的信息技术广泛应用，推进了出版、电影、音乐、广告、教育等产业的融合。2000年美国在线收购世界上最大的媒体公司时代华纳，交易额达1840亿美元，合并后公司市值总额高达2860亿美元，这次并购代表着传统媒体产业和网络产业的融合，成为全球产业融合化发展的标志性事件。人类进入21世纪以来，不仅信息通讯业，而且金融业、能源业、运输业(特别是物流业)甚至制造业、零售业和农业等领域也都表现出产业加速融合的趋势。欧洲委员会“绿皮书”(Green Paper) 指出，产业融合不仅仅是一个技术性问题，更是涉及到服务以及商业模式乃至整个社会运作的一种新方式，产业融合是新条件下促进就业与经济增长的一个强有力的发动机。 一、目前的研究 产业融合的迅猛发
