2003年—2004年学校信息技术工作汇报 常州市朝阳新村第二小学 我校从97年开始，建立计算机房，在学校有关班级开设计算机课，计算机辅助教学走进课堂，一批计算机多媒体辅助教学课件在市、区获奖，一批教师运用信息技术的能力不断得到了提高，为提升学生素质、提高学校教育教学质量奠定了基础。 随着时代的发展，新课程的推进，学校在上级教育行政部门的关心下，加大了信息技术的推进力度，使学校信息技术硬件建设及运用水平上了一个新台阶。近年来我校“以推进现代教育技术的应用和数字化资源的建设为工作重点，以教育科研为龙头，以信息化平台为依托，以应用为突破口，以教师培训为抓手，提升学校的信息化水平”作为指导思想，积极开展信息技术工作。现就2003年—2004年有关工作汇报如下： 一、领导重视，舍得投入 学校重视信息技术工作，专门成立由校长任组长的信息技术领导小组，加强信息技术工作的领导力度。学校领导非常关心信息技术组建设，配备了1名专职教师，兼职教师6名，其中骨干教师2名。经常听取信息技术组的汇报，支持并积极参与到信息技术组开展各项活动。学校规模不大，创收有限，但学校舍得在电教上投资。学校先后添置了刻录机、照相机、数码照相机、数码摄像机、扫描仪、实物投影仪、笔记本电脑等设备，购置了一批电教软件，充实了影、音像资源库，购买并安装瑞博数字化教学平台。新装备了一个计算机房，每个教室里都配备了电脑，实物投影仪，并做到了定点定位。从而为教师制作和使用课件提供了方便。做好数字化资源建设工作，从实用性角度改造校园网，扩充校园网资源库，使之逐步成为广大教师共同研究切磋和学生学习的园地。投资建成了校园闭路系统，29寸彩电走进了各个教室，建起了校园红领巾电视台。近几年来学校在信息技术硬件上投资进40万元。 二、提高认识，制订有效的工作措施。 我校十分重视教师的理论学习，先后组织教师学习了《信息技术与研究性学习的整合》《研究性学习的特点和课程定位》 Writing material: three hundred philosophical storiesThe three hundred chapter of philosophical story1, a turkey and a cow idle gossip, Turkey said: I want to fly to the top of the tree, but I have no courage to say.
