毕业设计（论文）说明书 课题名称 城市流动商贩与城管 的博弈分析 院 别 专 业 经济学 班 级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 二○一二 年 五 月  摘要 流动商贩是一类极其常见的人群，他们存在于全国各种规模的城市，大都分布在人流密集区如高校和居民区附近，由于有较大的交易量这就给流动商贩们提供了生存空间。他们当中有下岗职工、城市中的无业人员，也有从农村涌入城市的剩余劳动力。 流动商贩作为我国现代化进程推进和社会转型深化代价或成本的社会弱势群体，问题也因此更加复杂化, 由此而引发的社会风险正在与日俱增,社会矛盾、社会冲突以及各种突发事件层出不穷，给城市管理者带来了诸多管理难题。本文通过分析城市流动商贩的存在对城市造成的影响以及流动商贩与城管之间斗争的完全信息动态博弈模型分析，阐述了城管与流动商贩之间的利害关系，得出了几点建议。城市管理者可据此实施有效的城市管理措施，从而极大限度的保证城市的和谐管理。 关键词：博弈； 流动商贩；城管； 和谐管理 ABSTRACT Tranter is a kind of very common crowd, which can be found in various sizes of cities, and exists in population concentration areas such as nearby universities and residential areas. These areas have large volume of trade that gives Tranter’s living space. Itinerant traders contain the laid-off workers, and the jobless people in the cities, and also the surplus labor force from countryside flooding into cities. The problem of social vulnerable groups become more complex because of the advance of modernization process, and the cost of deepening of social transformation, which triggers social risk growing with each passing day, and brings many issues such as social conflict and various emergent events occurring in endless that gives urban administrators much trouble. The paper through analyzing the influence produced by the existing of urban itinerant traders impacting city, and the game between the itinerant traders and urban management personnel, using the complete information dynamic game model to explain the interest relation between both. Reached some Suggestions,The administrators of urban management can take effective city management measures according to the basic principle revealed by the article, it thus to a great extent promotes harmonious developm
