民营企业内部控制存在的问题及对策 [摘要]一个健全的内部控制体系是民营企业不断发展和保持竞争力的需求，也是企业面对市场风险与挑战的需要。本文以民营企业内部控制体系存在的问题及对策为主题，提出具体建议与措施，促进民营企业建立现代企业制度，实现其可持续发展。 关键词：民营企业；内部控制 民营企业在我国迅猛发展，在经济发展过程中正发挥着越来越重要的作用，然而从当前实际看，因为体制的、传统的等各方面的原因，也暴露出自身一些先天的不足，主要表现就是企业家的管理能力不强、企业治理模式不完善、企业内部管理制度欠缺等。这其中非常突出的就是许多民营企业的内部控制体系存在问题，进而影响了民营企业的经济效益，阻碍了民营企业的发展。 一、必须建立建全民营企业内部控制体系 民营企业在创业之初，内部控制大多不被重视。随着企业的不断发展壮大，在这种情况下完全依靠个人的能力和家族成员来管理的难度在不断增大，所需处理的事务远远超出管理者本人或家庭成员所拥有的经验和知识准备，随着管理层次和经营业务的日趋多元化、复杂化，经营地点日趋分散化，民营企业的所有者一方面已经不能像过去那样直接对经营情况进行经常性监督检查，伴随着企业团队中忠诚程度的递减，信息扭曲程度的不断提高，欺诈交易不断发生：另一方面由于管理中对外聘职业经理人的纳用，如果工作上造成损失，很可能难以补救。在此情况下，民营企业必须建立建全内部控制体系。 二、民营企业内部控制存在的问题 (一)人员的素质不高企业内部的素质，人员存在兼职现象。大部分企业都与家族管理有关，因企业规模的迅猛扩张，为了强化内部管理开始设立内部，但对于人员的聘任和培训做得不够，有的来自原来的财务部门，只懂基本的财务会计知识，而有的是家族的成员，连基本的财务会计知识都不清楚，更谈不上专业理论知识。 【主要参考文献】 [1]陆珍姣:浅论我国民营企业内部控制及发展问题的对策.时代经贸,2007,(2) [2]李静:民营企业内部控制探讨.财经论坛,2007,(9) [3]徐雪华: 民营企业内部控制的现状及失效的原因分析.嘉兴学院学报,2005,(12) [4]《企业内部控制基本规范》　 One hundred party knowledgeThe current and future periods, the development of the party staffs work principle is: adhere to the standards, and ensure the quality, improve the structure, Shen heavy development. this is according to the temporary task and team members, facing the party, and the experience of the development of party work since the founding of new China, put forward the basic lessons.
