成都市少数民族流动人口公共服务供给研究 专业：行政管理 摘要:成都作为我国西部多民族的特大型城市，人口一千多万，成分十分复杂。随着近年来成都市的经济飞速发展，少数民族流动人口一方面为成都市经济发展带来了前所未有的机遇，同时也带来了一系列的问题。近几年来，少数民族冲突事件不断出现，给社会带来了一定的不稳定因素。对此，虽然成都市近期也出台了相关政策，流动人口由于其本身特点，造成了难以管理。少数民族流动人口公共服务供给关系到维护民族团结和成都市社会的稳定，为了了解和更好地清楚当前政府对少数民族流动人口公共服务的供给状况，本文通过对政府相关部门和少数民族流动人口进行访问和问卷调查分析，结合公共服务理论，得出成都市当前公共服务供给状况和存在的问题，再结合国内相关的经验，以期为成都市更好地管理少数民族流动人口提供一些建议。 关键字：少数民族 流动人口 公共服务 Research on public service supply of floating population of ethnic minorities in Chengdu City Major:Public Administration Student:Tan Xiaoping Teacher:Hengxia ABSTRACT As a multi-ethnic oversize of west China city of Chengdu, more than one thousand population, composition is very complicated. With the rapid economic development of Chengdu in recent years, the ethnic floating population on the one hand, brought unprecedented opportunities for the economic development of Chengdu, at the same time also brought a series of problems. In recent years, ethnic conflict appear constantly, brought some unstable factors to the society. To this, although Chengdu recently issued relevant policy, due to its own characteristics of the floating population, caused the difficult to manage. Ethnic floating population public service supply relationship to maintain national unity and social stability of Chengdu, in order to better understand and clear the current government of ethnic floating population public service supply condition, this article through to the relevant government departments and the ethnic floating population for a visit and questionnaire analysis, combined with the theory of public service, it is concluded that the current public service supply situation of Chengdu and existing problem, combining relevant experience at home and abroad, in order to better management of Chengdu ethnic floating population to provide some Suggestions.
