我国农村劳动力转移原因的文献综述 【摘要】劳动力转移是改革开放和经济发展的一个必然结果，本文结合相关的理论知识，根据中国复杂的国情变化，对影响中国农村劳动力转移的因素进行多角度有特色地进行归纳，再对这些影响因素进行简单地定性评价。 【关键词】劳动力转移 收入 行政 综述 Abstract: Labor transfer is an inevitable result of the reform and opening up and economic development. According to the changes of Chinas complex national situation ,this paper combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, has drown the characteristic conclusions from the factors that are affecting the transfer of rural labor force in China , and then evaluated the reasons simply and qualitativly.
