条款和说明 健康中心仅供酒店住客及健康中心会员使用; 健康中心会员进入健康中心须出示会员卡; 健康中心会员不得私自转借会员卡给他人; 健康中心会员卡在使用期内不得暂停或退款; 16岁以下的儿童如无成人陪同不可使用健康中心; 健康中心内不可吸烟或进食; 为了个人安全,酒后不得使用健康中心设备; 损坏或遗失储物柜钥匙须支付人民币一百元; 在健康中心进行健身锻炼时需身穿规范运动装和运动鞋; 健康中心会员需要提供详细的个人资料; 如有需要,健康中心管理部门被授权享有开除健康中心员会籍的权利; 酒店因例行维修或其他特殊原因而暂时关闭健康中心某些设备时,不会另行通知; 健康中心管理部门被授权享有修改健康中心规定的权利以及审核会籍申请的权利; 万一会员或其随行宾客损坏了健康中心的设备,设施,将根据酒店的提议承担赔偿责任; TERMS AND CONDITIONS Use of the health club is restricted to registered Hotel guests and Health Club members only. Health Club members are required to present their membership cards for proper identification. Individual memberships cannot be transferred to other persons. Memberships cannot be suspended and fees not be refunded. Children under 16 may not use the Health Club facilities unless supervised by an adult. Smoking and food are not allowed within the Health Club. For their own personal safety, persons under the Health Club.
