摘要 摘 要：本设计是以一个纸盒为控制对象，以AT89S51为控制系统核心，通过单片机系统设计实现对箱子温度的显示和控制功能。本温度控制系统是一个闭环反馈调节系统，由温度传感器LM35对纸盒温度进行检测，经A/D转换芯片得到相应的温度值，将所得的温度值与设定温度值相比较得到偏差。通过对偏差信号的处理获得控制信号，去调节加热器的通断，从而实现对保温箱温度的控制。本文主要介绍了保温箱温度控制系统的工作原理和设计方法，论文主要由三部分构成。① 系统整体方案设计。② 硬件设计，主要包括温度检测电路、A/D转换电路、显示电路、键盘设计和控制电路。③ 系统软件设计。 关键词：单片机；传感器；温度检测 Abstract Abstract: The design is based on a thermal insulation box as the control object, with AT89S51 as the control system core, through the SCM system design and implementation of temperature control and display function.
