攀枝花学院经济与管理学院课程论文 多配送中心的库存需求预测研究 ——以红旗连锁超市成都物流配送中心为例 学生姓名： 伍 星 全 学生学号： 200910305045 院（系）： 经济与管理学院 年级专业： 2009级物流管理 指导教师： 汤咏梅 二〇一二年五月 摘 要 区域物流网络是由各级物流节点和连线以及所属经济组织构成的相互联系、相互作用的系统结构形式，它是目前国内外理论界和业界都十分关注的重要领域。配送中心是区域物流网络中的核心节点，不仅负责货物储存、运输等一般物流作业功能，还是实现指挥调度、信息处理、作业优化等的核心平台。而配送中心的库存管理是企业今后用于销售或使用的储备物料，有效的对其进行管理是降低物流成本，提高服务水平的重要途径。基于区域物流网络中多配送中心的库存需求预测在物流配送中心的库存订货管理中有重大作用及意义。本文以红旗连锁超市成都物流多物流配送中心需求预测为例研究了区域物流网络中由个配送中心、个零售商组成的配送网络的需求预测问题。分析了区域物流网络的需求特点，运用Dijkstra算法得出了最短路径矩阵，在此基础上构建了库存需求预测模型，通过该模型求得了每个配送中心的需求总量。 关键词 区域物流网络；配送中心；Dijkstra算法；需求预测  ABSTRACT Regional logistics network is by various logistics nodes and attachment and economic organizations of a subordinate relationship of the interaction of the system structure, it is the domestic and foreign theorists and the industry is very attention important fields.
