METHODS: Osteopontin expression in human normal brain cells and glioma cells was detected by immunohistochemical staining and RTPCR method. RESULTS: Osteopontin was expressed in glioma cells but was not expressed in human normal brain cells. CONCLUSION: Osteopontin expression in glioma is closely related to the malignant degree of glioma. 【Ke
