正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床效果观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.52 　　摘 要 目的：观察正畸治疗技术在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法：收治牙列间隙患者72例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组给予局部义齿治疗方案，观察组采用正畸治疗技术，对比两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组总效率97.22%，高于对照组的88.89%；对比两组治疗期间及治疗后所出现的不良反应例数，对照组7例，观察组2例；观察组满意率91.67%，对照组75.00%，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：正畸治疗技术在口腔修复中获取了令人满意的临床疗效，降低患者治疗期间及治疗后的不良反应发生率，提高患者的满意度，让口腔疾病患者获得更为理想的治疗结果。 　　关键词 牙列间隙 正畸 应用价值 　　Observation of clinical application effect of orthodontic in the treatment of oral repair 　　Zhang Guihua 　　Department of Stomatology，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dongguang County，Hebei 061600 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic in the treatment of oral repair.Methods：72 patients with teeth clearance were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 36 cases in each.The control group was treated with partial denture treatment.The observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results：The total efficiency of the observation group was 97.22%，it was higher than 88.89% of the control group.The adverse reactions during and after treatment of the two groups were compared，7 cases were in the control group，2 cases were in the observation group.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.67%.The satisfaction rate of the control group was 75.00%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The orthodontic treatment in oral repair has a satisfactory clinical effect.It can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of patients during and after the treatment，improve patient satisfaction，obtain the more ideal treatment outcome. 　　Key words Teeth clearance；Orthodontic treatment；Application value 　　我院在本次研究中，收治牙列间隙患者72例，探讨正畸治疗技术在临床上的应用价值，采取组间对比形式展开研究，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　收治牙列间隙患者72例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各36例。其中，男43例，女29例，年龄19～51岁，平均（43±2.5）岁。以上患者均属于自愿接受口腔修复治疗，在同意书上签字。 　　方法：对照组接受局部义齿治疗方案。实施前，医护人员向患者介绍局部义齿治疗法，告知积极配合临床治疗可提高疗效。观察组给予正畸治疗，医护人员为患
