东北农业大学学士学位论文 　　　　　　　　　　学号： 中国农产品出口存在的问题与对策 Problems and Countermeasures of Exports of Agricultural Products of China 学生姓名：张意爽 指导教师：王 晶 所在院系：经济管理学院 所学专业：国际经济与贸易 研究方向：国际经济与贸易 东 北 农 业 大 学 中国·哈尔滨 2014 年 5 月摘要 加入世贸组织后，随着国内生产力水平的提高和对外开放政策的日益成熟，中国农产品出口贸易额一直处于减少状态，我国净出口国的地位出现逆转，国外优势农产品对国内市场的冲击效应已开始显现。农产品的出口不仅促进农村就业、增加了农民的收入、提升了国内相关产业水平发挥了重要的作用，并且对解决“三农”问题产生了显著的影响。但是仍存在着促进农产品出口和发展的政策体系尚未建立健全、生产质量安全水平有待提高、受国外技术壁垒影响较大等问题。如果不尽快解决，将严重制约我国农产品出口的持续增长和可持续发展。对于这些问题，应对其出口贸易进行战略性调整，以促进中国农产品出口贸易健康稳定发展的基本应对策略。 关键词： 农产品 存在问题 现状 Problems and Countermeasures of Exports of Agricultural Products of China Abstract After joining the WTO, along with raising the level of domestic productivity and opening up policy matures, Chinese agricultural exports to reduce the volume of trade has been in a state, the status of our countrys net exports reversed, the impact of competitive agricultural products abroad effect on the domestic market has begun show. Agricultural exports not only to promote rural employment and increase the income of farmers, improve the level of the domestic industry has played an important role, and to solve the three rural issue had a significant impact. But there are still promoting agricultural exports and the development of sound policy system has not been established, production quality and safety needs to be improved, influenced by foreign technical barriers and other issues. If not resolved soon, will seriously restrict the continued growth of Chinas agricultural exports and sustainable development. For these problems, deal with the strategic adjustment of its export trade, basic coping strategies to promote Chinas agricultural exports healthy and stable development.
