中国社区卫生服务：理论探讨与案例研究 摘 要：从国外的发达国家的成功社区卫生服务经验进行了分析，从国家经营模式的社区卫生服务以英国为代表，国家计划管理、私人提供服务的经营模式以德国、澳大利亚、日本、加拿大为代表，私营为主体的经营模式以美国为代表，并结合中国现阶段的发展情况进行了比较，从而得出了我国社区卫生存在的问题。以天津市塘沽区和杭州市西湖区为研究对象，对存在问题进行了阐述和分析，并给出相关的建议。 关键词：社区卫生服务中心 双向转诊 全科医生 Chinese Community Health Services : Theory and Case Study Abstract: This article analyzes the successful experience of community health services in the developed countries, with the example of the United Kingdom as the model of national management style community health services.
