咖啡烘培机知识 Knowledge of coffee Roaster咖啡烘焙The raw coffee bean is in a solid state with no smell. Trapped inside this bean is the oil that gives coffee its flavour. Depending on how the coffee is grown, will determine what the flavour will be. The shorter the growing time, the more robust the flavour thus good coffee is grown above 4000 feet with a maturity rate of 12 to 24 months.
