脑膜瘤患者快速康复护理 　　摘要：目的 探讨快速康复治疗脑膜瘤的临床护理效果。方法 回顾性分析126例脑膜瘤手术患者随机分为两组。对照组用术前12h禁食， 12h术后进食，观察组术前葡萄糖静脉滴注，手术后6h进食。结果 观察组患者住院费用、天数、低体温、饥饿感均显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 应用快速康复可以有效地减少脑膜瘤的围手术期意外，尽早康复出院。 　　关键词：脑膜瘤；护理；快速康复 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with meningioma.
