益母草注射液联合缩宫素在剖宫产术中术后的应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.3.52 　　摘 要 目的：探讨益母草注射液在剖宫产术中术后应用预防剖宫产术后出血的疗效观察。方法：120例计划性剖宫产者（包括一胎足月待产要求手术，二胎待产合并瘢痕子宫，排除有产后出血高危因素者，如前置胎盘、妊娠期高血压、胎盘植入等）随机分为益母草组及对照组。益母草组：术中胎儿娩出后立即钳夹脐带，给予缩宫素20U宫体注射，益母草注射液2ml子宫下段注射，术后益母草2ml肌注，2次/日。对照组常规胎儿娩出后立即钳夹脐带缩宫素20U宫体注射，术后缩宫素10U肌注，2次/日。观察产后48小时HCT下降情况估计产后阴道出血量况及产后宫缩痛发生率。结果：产后48小时阴道出血量益母草组平均305ml，对照组平均412ml，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），产后宫缩痛发生率益母草组5%，对照组20%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：益母草注射液能有效减少剖宫产术后出血量及产后宫缩痛，方法简单、方便、经济，是减少产后出血的有效办法。 　　关键词 益母草 缩宫素 产后出血 　　Application of Motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in cesarean section 　　Wang Bo 　　Department of gynaecology and obstetrics of Nanyang First Peoples Hospital of Henan Province，450000 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of Motherwort injection about preventing bleeding in cesarean section.Methods：120 cases of planning cesarean section （including requirements of operation in first pregnancy women with a full-term delivery，Two pregnancy women with scar uterus，rule out the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage，such as：placenta previa，pregnancy induced hypertension，placenta implantation） were randomly divided into motherwort group and control group.Motherwort group：Clamp the umbilical cord immediately after delivery of fetus，give oxytocin 20U with uteri injection，inject motherwort 2ml in lower uterine segment，after operation with motherwort 2ml intramuscular injection，Bid.Control group：Clamp the umbilical cord immediately after delivery of fetus，give oxytocin 20U with uteri injection，after operation with oxytocin 10U intramuscular injection，Bid.We estimate the postpartum vaginal bleeding condition and postpartum uterine pain incidence through observing the decreased conditions of postpartum HCT by 48 hours.Results：The average 48 hours postpartum vaginal bleeding of motherwort group was 305ml，control group was 412ml，and there was significant difference（P0.05）.Postpartum uterine contraction pain incidence of motherwort group was 5%，control group was 20%，and t
