Rural economy problem is always main bottleneck that impedes our economic sustainable, healthy and rapid development. Nowadays, the situation is complex and changeable, and economy grows rapidly, if we want development our economy, one important thing is development rural economy. The development of our rural economy has an urgent need from the support of credit funds. During the past years, the development of microfinance has effectively alleviated both the money supply and the money demand contradictions of the financial market in Chinese rural areas. It also expanded the source of funds and established a good effect to the rural financial structure. However, in the imperfect situations of the market economy and rural microfinance system of our country, also because of under the influence of the not well organized policy and commercial market, the development of microfinance have some problem , which have a bad influence to the development of rural economy.
