基质金属蛋白酶—7及其组织抑制物—1与胎膜早破的相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物与胎膜早破的关系。 方法 将40例孕产妇随机分为胎膜早破组20例（其中未足月PROM产妇10例，足月产PROM10例）与对照组20例（为足月临床胎膜完整产妇），取上述孕产妇胎膜组织，采用免疫组化的方法检测胎膜中基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物-1的浓度。 结果 胎膜早破组胎膜中基质金属蛋白酶-7的表达明显高于对照组（P0.01），其组织抑制物-1的表达明显低于对照组（P0.05），基质金属蛋白酶-7与其组织抑制物呈负相关（P0.05）。 结论 基质金属蛋白酶-7及其组织抑制物可能与胎膜早破有关。 　　[关键词] 基质金属蛋白酶-7；基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1；胎膜早破 　　[中图分类号] R714.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）34-0031-02 　　Evaluation of the expression and enzyme activity of matrix metalloproteinase-7 and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 in fetal membranes during premature rupture of membranes at term in humans 　　GAO Caifen1 GUO Xiuling2 SUN Huiqing3 　　1.Department of Obsterics and Gynecology，Tongxiang First Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province，Tongxiang 314500，China； 2.Department of Obsterics and Gynecology， Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Shandong Province， Zaozhuang 277100，China； 3.Department of Paediatrics，Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Shandong Province，Zaozhuang 277100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-7 （MMP-7） and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1（TIMP-1） during premature rupture of membranes at term in humans（PROM）. Methods Subjects were devided into two groups： 20 women with premature rupture of membranes （Term PROM n=10 and Preterm PROM n=10）， 20 non-PROM pregnancies were recruited as control group.The expression of MMP-7 and TIMP were immunohistochemically demonstrated in fetal membranes. Results in PROM group MMP-7 expression in membrane were apparently higher than those of the control group（P0.01）， In PROM group TIMP-1 expression in membrane were apparently lower than those of the control group（P0.05），There was a negative correlation between MMP-7 and TIMP-1（P0.05）.
