材料科学综合实验 课 程 论 文 专业:材料化学 课题：造孔剂法制备多孔陶瓷及其影响因素 造孔剂法制备多孔陶瓷 摘要：本文通过添加造孔剂的方法在常压下烧结制备了SiO2多孔陶瓷。并且探究了造孔剂的种类、造孔剂的含量以及烧结制度对SiO2多孔陶瓷多孔性能的影响。表征了SiO2多孔陶瓷的表观密度、吸水率、孔隙率、释放性能等多方面的性能特性。分析得到了在本实验中，造孔剂为溶胀淀粉，在烧结制度三的条件下得到的陶瓷片具有更高的气孔率，且气孔率的多少随着溶胀淀粉的含量增加而增加。 关键词：造孔剂；多孔陶瓷；烧结制度；溶胀淀粉；气孔率 Pore-forming agent preparation of porous ceramics Abstract：In this paper, SiO2 porous ceramics were prepared by adding pore forming agent and sintering process at atmospheric pressure.
