The migration of subscribers from one HLR to another will be done by use of the R8 new feature fast file input (and output). When using “File output / file input”, all AUCS data needs to be inserted with commands, all size alterations-, bearer capability-, call forwarding-, exchange property data and so on needs also to be transferred command by command. Note that Huawei LSTP does not support the Feature “LSSN out of service”. In case one HLR is in “Halted” or “Failure” state, it is needed to block all the C7 links manually between that HLR and LSTP, otherwise SCCP messages can’t be re-routed to secondary choice.
