毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 海棠花苑 单位工程施工组织设计 副 标 题： 学 生 姓 名： 滕健 所在院系、专业： 建筑工程系、建筑工程造价专业 班 级： 建筑1211 指 导 教 师： 张雪梅 日 期： 2015年5月19日 摘 要 本工程桩一、工程桩二单桩竖向承载力特征值850KN；试验桩单桩竖向竖向承载力特征值900KN；1#、4#、5#楼工程桩一、工程桩二单桩竖向承载力特征值750KN；试验桩单桩竖向竖向承载力特征值800KN；场地地震基本烈度为6度，地下水主要为潜水，对混凝土无腐蚀性。土建工程中桩基极为关键，桩基由于深埋在地表下，因而桩基的质量一直都难控制，况且桩基质量将直接影响房屋的整体质量，本施工组织设计就是一份针对载体桩这种桩的组织设计。“载体桩”不同于普通意义上的桩，它是由上部桩身和下部“载体”两部分组桩身一般为现浇钢筋混凝土结构或高强预应力混凝土管桩；载体是位于桩端底部、经深层填料夯实的载体，它是该种桩型的技术核心。 关键词：载体桩 混泥土管桩 技术核心 施工方案 进度Abstract The engineering pile, pile two single pile vertical bearing capacity characteristic value 850KN; test pile single pile vertical bearing capacity characteristic value 900KN;1#,4#,5# engineering pile, pile two single pile vertical bearing capacity characteristic value 750KN; test pile single pile vertical bearing capacity characteristic value 800KN; site basic earthquake intensidegrees, the groundwater is diving, no corrosion to concrete. Carrier pile is different from the common sense of the pile, which is composed ofan upper and lower part of the pile carrier part two pile for cast-in-place reinforced costructure or high strength prestressed concrete pipe pile; carrier is located at the pile end bottom, thdeep filling tamping vehicle, it is this type of pile core technology.
