From the technical essence, wisdom city is data monitoring, information extraction and integrated applications face the target, involving many information systems interconnection together, fast variable business process, data analysis, knowledge generation, forecasting, decision support, etc. Mobile communication technology is an epitome of wisdom city in the field of information, its development will play a very important role in the construction of public facilities.
