南京工业大学 毕业设计(论文) 姓 名： 班级学号： 所在学院： 专 业： 设计(论文) 题 目： 指导教师： 二〇一二年六月 某公司智能远程港口机械及高铁施工机械项目危险性分析及安全对策措施设计 摘要 本设计的主要对象为某公司的智能远程港口机械及高铁施工机械项目，对使用的原辅材料原料、副产品、最终产品等化学品的理化性能指标以及包装、储存、运输的技术进行危险有害因素分析。平面布置方面，该企业的设计基本符合建筑设计防火规范要求；使用的原辅材料有一定的危险性；通过重大危险源辨识发现，该企业不构成重大危险源；在生产工艺有一定的危险性。在定性定量评价部分，本文用 “预先危险性分析(PHA)”、“作业条件危险性分析”、“事故树分析”、“重大事故后果模拟”等评价方法对厂区周边环境及总平面布置、生产单元、储存单元及安全管理等进行评价。最后，针对生产线的安全生产现状及未到位的安全条件提出了有针对性的安全对策措施。 关键词： 危险性 辨识 现状 定性定量评价 对策措施 Risk analysis and safety countermeasures of a company with intelligent remote port machinery and high-speed railway construction machinery project ABSTRACT This design is focused on a companys intelligent remote port machinery and high iron construction machinery project,use of Raw material raw materials, by-products, final products and chemicals physico-chemical properties of the index and packaging, storage and transportation of the technology for harmful factors analysis. Layout aspects, this enterprise are designed in accord with architectural design specification requirements; there are some dangerous chemicals , propane tanks may happen steam explosion cloud because of leakage; The major hazard identification revealed that this enterprise constitute a major hazard installation; Main production craft is quite dangerous. In the part of qualitative and quantitative analyses, this paper has taken,Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Hazard and Operability Analysis, Event Tree Analysis and Simulation of Accident Consequences to analyze neighboring environment, general plane layout, producing unit, storage unit and safety management of this factory. At last, this paper has put forward some pertinence safety methods according to production line’s present safety situation and imperfect safety conditions.
