He shouldnt eat anything for 24 hours.

Listening method.
Reading and writing methods.

Teaching aids:
A tape recorder.
A doll for teaching the names of body parts.
A projector.
Teaching procedures:
Step 1. Greet the class and check the homework
Step 2. Show the new words on the screen
Read the new words to students and ask them to repeat.

Step 3. 1b and 2a
Act out an illness.For example,hold head and tell students.I have a headache.Then hold stomache and say,I have a stomachache.Ask students to repeat.
Then show the other new words on the screen.Read the new words to students and ask them to repeat.Make sure every student knows the meanings and can read them.

throat n.喉头;喉咙;咽喉 Now listen to the recording.There are conversations about each of these five students.Look at the picture and find the people that are being talked about.Write the number next to them in the picture next to their name.
Play the recording the first time.Students only listen.Then play it again.This time ask students to write a number in front of each picture.
Then correct the answer.
