This is the second lesson in this unit. The dialogue is about Sarah and Wu Yifan buying Sam’s birthday fruit. This class is organized around Sam’s birthday gift . The main structure is “-Do you like…?” -“Yes, I do/No, I dont.” Ⅱ. Analysis of the students The students in grade 3 have learned numbers and colors before. They can simply express their feelings. In this lesson, they will be able to read four fruit words :apple, pear, banana and orange. Whats more, students can say and use the structure “-Do you like…?” -“Yes, I do/No, I dont.” According to students’ cognitive characteristics, teachers should take various methods to attract students’ attention.
