中美贸易摩擦分析及对策思考 —看经济危机下的中美贸易 摘要 中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家，美国作为世界上最大的发达国家，中美经济存在着巨大的互补性，中美贸易关系总能够不断往前发展。在这样的背景下，商业竞争因素和政治因素在中美贸易关系中交替出现，又使中美贸易摩擦和争端总是伴随着中美贸易的发展而发展。 中美之间接连发生的这些贸易摩擦与争端，涉及面之广泛、影响之深远、各方关注程度之高，都为近年所罕见，预示着中美经贸关系进入了一个新的敏感时期。如何看待这种情况，如何把握局势、履险如夷，是对国际贸易争端能力的考验，也是对我们协调国内发展和国际事务智慧的考验。 因此，本文根据中美建交到现在的贸易现状及特点,从经济因素及非经济因素两个方面分析了中美贸易摩擦产生的原因,并且有针对性的从自身及对外发展两个方面制定了应对策略，希望能从长期以来的中美贸易摩擦中找到突破口,以缓解中美间贸易的紧张关系,使中美贸易和平发展,获得双赢的结果。 [关键词] 中美贸易摩擦 分析 原因 策略 ABSTRACT China, the worlds largest developing country, the United States, the worlds largest developed country. There is a huge economic complementarities between them, China-US trade relations can always continue to move forward. In this context, commercial competition and political factors in Sino-US trade relations are alternated appeared,and so the Sino-US trade frictions and disputes are always accompanied by the development of Sino-US trade development. The spate of these trade frictions and disputes between China and US involved were extensive,the far-reaching effect and all the parties concerned about the degree of this, are rarely seen in recent years, indicating that China-US economic and trade relations have entered a new sensitive time. How to treat such a situation, how to grasp the situation,both the two countries have to be carefully,This is not only a test of international trade disputes, but also the intelligence test to the coordination of our domestic development and international affairs. Therefore, this article under the Sino-US relations to the present situation and characteristics of the trade factors,analyzed the cause of Sino-US trade friction in two aspects on economic factors and non-economic, and formulated the coping strategies targeted both on the development of its own and external .Expect to find a breakthrough from the long Sino-US trade friction to ease trade tensions between China-US relations,and make Sino-US trade in peaceful development to get a win-win results.
