2012年春季学期芒场镇中小学数学教研组工作总结 本学期，我校数学教研组积极推进基础教育课程改革的实验工作，加强教师校本培训，全面提高教师专业素质。以课改为核心，注重课堂教学的主渠道，求真务实、强化改革意识、创新意识、开拓创新，努力促进我校教育教学工作再上新台阶。现将本学期的工作做以总结： 一、以课改为核心，加强校本培训新理念的学习。 先进的新理念要走进课堂，教师是关键。教师是新课程的执行者，来实践新课程，实施新课程、落实新课程，更重要成为新课程的开发者和研究者、创造者。因此，要加强教师新理念的学习，促进教师角色、课程意识、能力结构的更高的提升。 1、进一步更新教育教学理念。新的教育理念是课程改革实验工作顺利开展的前提，为全面推进素质教育注入了新的活力，而教师是实施新课程的根本主体。因此，我们切实认真组织教师开展了校本培训工作，每单周进行一次以组辅导的培训学习活动。有专人讲座、集中培训、个人自学等多种形式相结合，为教师搭建学习的平台，积极学习新课程，从而不断转变教师的理念。着重以实施基础教育新课程师资培训为主要内容，先后学习了《数学课程标准》、《小学数学教学法》等有关著述，不断提高认识，深化和发展，积极投入教学实践当中，体现课改的新理念。同时，每位教师都认真做好记录，及时反馈小结，交流心得感受，从而不断促进教师专业素质的发展。 2、认真学习钻研教材，研究教法。课程改革，倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手、合作交流的能力，更加突出教学观念，方法要有新的转变。我们着重以基础教育课程改革为核心，切实抓好教材研究分析工作。尤其对实验年级的教材认真进行了分析。同时还组织各任课老师也对教材进行全面分析、交流。大家畅所欲言，积极探讨学习，对教材要有选择、加工的能力。这样，促进了教师间互相切磋、学习、共同发展提高教学能力，从而团结一致，同心协力，形成教育的合力。 二、教学常规长抓不放，做好自己本职工 2012年7月5日 Writing parallel sentences highlightsWriting parallel sentences highlightsPolitical classI go to enhance the consciousness of active, dynamic, firmness.I go to enhance the strong political identity, identity theory, emotion recognition.The implementation, maintenance support, development of the overwhelming majority of the people all the benefits.That really makes people enjoy people more real, more fully, more extensive human rights.The advance of political consultation, democratic supervision, participation in politics and political system construction.The advancement of social democracy political system, standardize standardization of procedures.The implementation of self-management, self-service, self education, self supervision.- establish socialist democracy and the rule of law, freedom, peace, justice and equality.The efforts to solve the people most concerned about, the most direct benefit directly, most practical problems.That should enhance the consciousness of political power, the overall situation consciousness, suffering consciousness and sense of responsibility.The development for the people, development depe
