Compares with the traditional marketing way，the network marketing has the obvious superiority，will certainly to become the 21st century enterprise marketing the mainstream.Our country Enterprises marketing is facing the huge challenge and the opportunity under the network marketing flood tides impact. This article focuses on the meaning of network marketing，analysis of the obstacles of the factors of network marketing business development，and puts forward solutions to this problem， finally，more emphasis on the future of our business development trend of network marketing. 窗体底端 窗体顶端 Key words：country enterprise；network marketing；present situation；trend of development 窗体底端 1、国外研究现状 在网络营销策略研究上，基本是从产品策略、价格策略、促销策略和渠道策略四个方面开展的。 在产品策略的研究中，许多学者都对网络营销的产品概念进行了深刻的揭示，并提出了产品的定制策略。在价格策略的研究中，一些学者通过对网络环境下影响产品价格的主要因素进行分析。从而提出了网络营销的低定价策略、定制定价策略和免费价格策略等。在促销策略的研究中，很多学者对网络广告的功能和作用、表现形式等进行了全面的、系统的分析。在渠道策略的研究中，学者们不仅对传统营销渠道与网络营销渠道进行了系统的比较，尤其对网络环境下的中间商功能的转变作了深入的分析，并提出了电子中间商存在的意义。 但是，目前对于网络营销盈利模式的定义、开发、革新等方面的研究，还没有达成共识。国外对于网络营销盈利模式的研究，主要偏重于以下几个方面：（1）模式的界定；（2）模式的分类；（3）模式的构成；（4）表现（设计）模式的工具；（5）模式的改
