汽车燃油泵总成三维设计—JH-A14（A）3个部分组成，燃油泵的外壳两端有一个锁紧的系统，使其变为一个可拆卸的灵活系统。燃油泵在国外高中档汽车中已广泛应用。在国内，有些国产汽车也已开始使用燃油泵。因为燃油泵中是汽车尾气处理的关键部件，其结构影响了整个汽车性能。 本文主要是对燃油泵的总成机构进行设计和分析，首先，对设计该燃油泵的NX三维软件进行了具体的功能介绍。其次，对燃油泵的支架总成的各个零部件进行单独的结构设计和改进，改进后的燃油泵的支架总成结构更合理，零件强度更优异，使用寿命更长。然后，对燃油泵的各个零部件的装配方式和锁紧结构进行了分析，最后确定燃油泵的支架总成的总体结构和基本尺寸，最终完成燃油泵支架总成模型的装配体设计。 关键词：燃油泵; NX三维软件; 结构设计;装配体设计。 Automobile Fuel Pump Assembly Three-Dimensional design — JH - A14（A） development of automotive industry, people put forward higher requirements on automotive environmental protection engineering. Straightly speaking, it has a higher and stricter standard for car exhaust emissions. In this case, automobile fuel pump has become the preferred processor. Fuel pump is mainly composed of three parts, pump body, permanent magnet direct current motor and the shell. Both ends of the fuel pump shell have a locking system, so it becomes a removable flexible system. At abroad, fuel pump has been widely used in high middle-grade cars. At home, some domestic cars have also started to use fuel pump. The reason is that the fuel pump is a critial component of automotive exhaust treatment, its structure affects the entire automotive performance. This article is mainly to design and analyze the fuel pump assembly mechanism. Firstly, a specific function introduction to the NX three dimensional software, which has been used to design the fuel pump. Secondly, the structual designs and improvements of the various components of the fuel pump bracket assembly separately. The improved bracket assembly structure of the fuel pump more reasonable, superior strength and longer service life. Then, the assembly method and the locking structure of the various parts of the fuel pump were analyzed to determine the final overall structure and basic dimensions of the fuel pump bracket assembly.
