摘 要 在机械加工中使用着大量的夹具，用以安装加工对象，使之占有正确的位置，以保证工件的加工质量。 根据零件本身的特点、生产类型以及零件在具体工作时的作用选择工艺规程和夹具。在工艺规程方面：通过对普通车床的研究对刀架中部转盘及工艺参数采取一个优化策略，研制一个好的转盘。从而缩短生产周期，降低制造成本，提高加工精度，延长刀具寿命，而且依据优化了的工艺及刀具参数，可以建立或完善高速切削工艺数据库，将切削工艺实践中积累的合理选择切削参数与刀具的经验和数据收集起来，为现场加工提供准确及优化的高速切削数据，从而更大程度上提高切削加工水平，获得更大的经济利益；在夹具设计方面，因为是盘类零件，加工两侧面，选择立式铣床加工，考虑诸多因素拟订最优方案：有效的减少工件加工的基本时间和辅助时间、提高劳动生产率、有效减低工人劳动强度，最终完成本次设计。 关键词： 转盘；转盘机械加工工艺；专用夹具设计 Abstract In machining use a large number of fixture to install processing object, to have the correct position, to ensure that the processing quality.
