So the “happiness” comes to a common topic. The number of staff in service industry is increasing sharply, and their problems are more complicated.Especially in the developing hotel industry, the employees are not very happy. So now to make the employees happy is very important to the hotel operation and management.The paper is through the measurement and analysis of employee well-being,To find out the reasons for the missing sense of happiness, and analysis of the impaction, and give solution to improve employees “happiness”.
