经鼻腔激光照射辅助治疗对急性脑梗死的临床观察 邓莉莉 韩显文 （重庆长安医院内2科 400023） 摘要：目的 观察经鼻腔激光照射辅助治疗对急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选择2011年8月至2012年6月本院100例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组50例在静脉使用疏血通基础上联合激光治疗，对照组仅采用疏血通静脉输液等基础治疗。治疗前后分别测定神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学。结果 治疗1月后，治疗组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(PO．O5)，两组对比有统计学差异。两组均可降低全血高切、低切粘度，血小板粘附率，红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原量，提高APTT，治疗组均优于对照组。结论 经鼻腔激光照射辅助治疗对急性脑梗死疗效确切，能降低血液粘稠度，有助于神经功能的恢复。 关键词：激光治疗；脑梗死；神经功能缺损评分 Clinical Studies on the effect of laser therapy on Acute Cerebral Infarction Deng Lili,Han Xianwen （Department of internal medicine，changan Hospital ,ChongQing ,400023) Abstract ：Objective To observe the effects of laser therapy on acute cerebral infarction．Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into observe group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)，which were treated with laser therapy and compound suxuetong injection．Two groups were regularly on the control of blood sugar，blood pressure，blood lipids. The National Institute of Health stroke scale（NIHSS），the therapeutic effects and blood stream parameter were observed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups．Results The total effetive rate of the observe group was much higher than that of the control group．The difference was significant.After treatment，the clinical score of NIHSS，the therapeutic effects and the blood stream parameter were improved in both groups，but more significantly in the observe group than that in the control group．Conclusion laser therapy has obvious efects on acute cerebral infarction．It can decrease the blood viscosity and improve the neurological function． Key words： laser therapy；cerebral infarction； National Institute of Health stroke scale 急性脑梗死是临床常见病和多发病，病死率和致残率较高，严重影响患者的生活质量，疗效确切的治疗有溶栓治疗、支架置入、抗凝及抗血小板、脑卒中单元等。基层医院常规治疗以扩张血管、抗血小板抗凝为主[1]。从2011年8月至20l2年6月，我科室在常规治疗基础上，引进应用经鼻腔激光照射辅助治疗急性脑梗死患者取得满意疗效，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1．1一般资料 急性脑梗死100例，男52例，女48例；年龄41～84岁，平均72．5岁。根据中华医学会第四届全国脑血管学术会议制定的缺血性脑血管的诊断标准，头颅CT确诊为脑梗死，病程3～72h，随机
