The history of quality management mainly includes three stages, which are the quality inspection stage, statistical quality control stage,and total quality management stage, it is the product of the production and the development of science and technology. There are a total of eight quality management principles: one is the customer focus, two is the leading role, the three is the full participation, four is the process method, the five is the method of system management, six is continuous improvement, seven is the factual approach to decision making, the eight is mutually beneficial supplier relationships. Management has become a new subject, has a comprehensive and practical. Achievements and methods of its application of management science, technology, math and other subjects. In short, quality management has become an important part of modern society, operation and management of modern enterprises cannot do without it.
