Step 3: Measurement The following tools and forms will help you determine Time to Proficiency for your selected function. There are two key meetings for this step. First, there is a Measurement Planning Meeting where you will determine how you will define and measure Time to Proficiency. After the measurement has been done, you will be meeting a second time to discuss the results. To help you with this step you will find: A Measurement Planning Meeting Email Invitation A Measurement Planning Meeting Agenda Measurement Templates from the Learning Path Tool Kit A Measurement Results Meeting Email Invitation A Measurement Results Meeting Agenda Measurement Planning Meeting Email Invitation To: From: Date: Our Learning Path Team will be meeting on [date] at [time] in the [location]. The purpose of this meeting will be to develop a plan for determining Time to Proficiency for [function name]. Prior to our meeting, please reread Chapter 3: Measuring Time to Proficiency in the Learning Paths book. This chapter provides background information and a description of the methodology for determining Time to Proficiency. I’ve also attached the meeting agenda we will be using. Please bring to this meeting anything that will be useful as we develop our measurement plan. In addition, I’ve attached the measurement templates that we will be filling out as we complete our plan.
