The country has more than 3000 higher college. The second one is to enable students to acquire new knowledge, training students analysis ability and creative spirit. University Education Two-year Colleges provides primary education, students learning course of two years later can obtain bachelors degree. This kind of education is divided into two categories, one category is in general education, student learning is equivalent to four year university course for one or two years, the credit can be transferred to a four year university; another kind is the occupation education, the courses is for students in the community employment preparation, students completed the year after learning in technology work, two years of the college called Community Colleges , also sometimes called Junior College .
